Eddy Guard Bags Specimen Tench PB
Young angler, Eddy beat his carp pb and caught his first ever tench...
Eddy Guard, 14 year old angler from Kent, had a couple of cracking fish.
Caught using size 8 hooks, 12lb Fox Warrior line, with 2oz inline leads and single 15mm strawberry ice cream boilies, he bagged his first ever tench, and at 8lb 8oz it was a specimen to remember!
"This was my first ever tench and I was suprised how they fight and how smooth and nice the fish are!"
The fish came during the day on a two day session.
Eddy also took a 16lb common, which beat his personal best by 4lb 8oz.
Both fish came from the Darenth Fishing Complex and make Eddy a nominee for the May 07 PB cup monthly award.
